Heather Elko McKibben (Political Science)

Heather Elko McKibben is an assistant professor of political science.

Professor McKibben's research is in the field of international relations, with a focus on international cooperation and negotiations. Her projects analyze multiple facets of these topics, such as the pre-negotiation process, the strategies used in international negotiations, and characteristics of the resulting agreements. She has studied these topics in a variety of settings, including the European Union, the World Trade Organization, the United Nations, and climate change negotiations. The scope of her work is continuing to expand.
